WHAT CARE IS

A shared care space.
Built around the person.

Pixora Care is a focused experience inside Planner for households coordinating everyday support for an older adult, a family member recovering at home, or anyone who benefits from a simpler daily view.

It gives the person a clear, friendly display for check-ins, reminders, routines, meals, schedules, and family messages. At the same time, approved caregivers use the Care Center to coordinate the plan, review updates, organize visits, and keep important context together.

TWO VIEWS, ONE CARE CIRCLE

Easy on one side.
Organized on the other.

Care gives each person the view they need while keeping everyone connected to the same household information.

01 / THE CARE DISPLAY

A calmer view of today.

The Care display removes the clutter and puts the most important actions within easy reach. Large buttons and clear language help the person share an update without navigating the full Planner.

  • I’m okay: send a quick reassuring check-in to the family.
  • How I feel: share a simple wellbeing update.
  • Call me: let the care circle know a phone call would help.
  • Today: see appointments, activities, and the planned meal.
  • Reminders and routines: keep everyday tasks visible and understandable.
  • Family messages: receive familiar updates in the same place.

02 / THE CARE CENTER

The family’s coordination hub.

Approved caregivers get a dedicated workspace inside Planner. Instead of piecing together texts, paper notes, and separate calendars, they can see the care plan and recent updates in context.

  • Overview: see open alerts, the latest check-in, wellbeing, and pending reminders.
  • Visits: coordinate who is stopping by and when.
  • Daily plan: organize routines and the items that shape the day.
  • Contacts & notes: keep practical details where the care circle can find them.
  • Safety & history: review prior updates and follow what changed over time.
  • Care Insights: view recent patterns and export records when useful.

PART OF PLANNER

Care doesn’t live
in another silo.

Care uses the same Planner foundation the household already relies on. Update shared information once, then present it in the right way for the family and the person receiving support.

That means a dinner plan can appear on the Care display, a family message can reach the right screen, and a scheduled visit can stay connected to the wider household calendar.

EVERYDAY SUPPORT

Designed for the moments
families actually manage.

Quick reassurance

A simple “I’m okay” check-in can answer the question everyone was about to ask—without a phone tree or another app.

Wellbeing updates

The person can share how they feel in a low-friction way, while the Care Center keeps the latest update visible to approved caregivers.

A clear call request

“Call me” communicates exactly what is needed and gives the family a straightforward next action.

Reminders that belong to the day

Keep appointments, household reminders, daily plan items, and routines together instead of scattering them across notes and messages.

Works where life happens

Use Care on a dedicated display, tablet, computer, or another screen that fits naturally into the home.

One coordinated care circle

Manage access so the right family members and caregivers can contribute without giving everyone control of everything.

CAREGIVER VIEW

Useful context, not noise.

The Care Center is built to help a support network notice what needs attention, understand the recent history, and coordinate the next step.

ACCESS WITH INTENTION

Support that respects
independence.

Care is designed to help families stay connected without turning the home into a monitoring station. The person gets a dignified, useful display; caregivers get the information needed to help coordinate daily life.

  • Caregiver access is managed from the Care Center.
  • The Care display focuses on simple, understandable actions.
  • Shared updates stay connected to the household’s Planner workspace.
  • Care complements human contact—it does not replace it.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW

Care coordination,
not emergency monitoring.

Pixora Care helps families organize information and communicate everyday updates. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose conditions, and is not a substitute for professional care, emergency services, or an emergency-alert system. If someone may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Care,
clearly explained.

Is Care a separate app from Planner?

No. Care is part of the Pixora Planner ecosystem. It provides a focused Care display for the person and a Care Center workspace for approved caregivers.

Who is Care for?

Care can help families coordinating support for an older adult, someone recovering at home, or any household member who benefits from a simpler view of reminders, routines, plans, and family communication.

Does the person need to learn the full Planner?

No. The Care display is intentionally simpler, with large check-in actions and clear panels for reminders, today’s schedule, routines, meals, and messages.

Can multiple people help?

Yes. Planner is built for shared households and multiple devices. Caregiver access can be managed so the appropriate people can participate in the Care Center.

Is Care an emergency-response service?

No. Care is a family coordination and communication feature. It should not be relied on for emergency detection or response.

CARE THAT FITS THE FAMILY

Keep the plan shared.
Keep the person at the center.

Bring Care into the same Planner your household already uses—on the screens you already own.
