Refund Policy
Pixora HQ offers a 30-day 'no questions asked' return window. You have 30 days from the date your item is delivered to request a return. This window is firm.
The item must be in its original condition - unused, undamaged and with any accessories. Also be sure to include a copy of your receipt.
For Pixora Matrix devices, returns must be packaged carefully so the item doesn't get damaged while shipping. We do our best when shipping to you, all we ask is that you do the same..
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
